Thank you for visiting my Website. I hope you find the information helpful and encouraging. To understand this Website and the purpose of it you have to understand a little about me. Since 1998 I have worked in Internet software development ranging from programming to sales and marketing. I have enjoyed the work I do but always find myself wanting more. You might think that means a promotion, pay raise or more status. While all those things are nice, I’m interested in a friendly working environment where the group I work with are all passionately driven to help the company succeed. At times I think it is just me and at times I think there are many others, in the same company, that want the same thing I do. In fact, if you ask most people that is something that really is important to them. So if we are all so driven to do good things and perform our jobs well, why is it that so many companies struggle and we all laugh at “The Office” and Dilbert because we can relate so much? That is what I want to talk about. I hope some of what I run into on a day to day basis will start a conversation that I can learn from as well as all of those who visit this site.
